Alice’s work with new home communities has given her extensive expertise in the end-to-end process of homebuilding. From scoping raw land and navigating entitlement processes to managing contracts and negotiations, Alice is a consummate expert who cares for her clients with integrity and professionalism throughout all of their real estate endeavors.
 
Ranging from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, Alice helps clients find their perfect home by listening carefully, researching thoroughly, and proactively advocating on their behalf. She is committed to working hard for her clients because she knows that investing in property is a significant experience that has long-lasting benefits for their family and community.
 
Alice is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers find the perfect home at the right price in their desired location, as well as providing expert guidance on all aspects of real estate transactions. Away from real estate, Alice also runs a home staging and design business and loves getting her hands into home design and remodeling projects. She is currently living in her third home that she purchased to remodel. She is passionate about helping out animal shelters and environmental organizations as often as she can, and she also enjoys playing golf.
