Meet Angela

Angela Heinzer is a trusted leader in Sacramento’s real estate market, bringing over 36 years of experience and a reputation for excellence that has been earned one client at a time. Born and raised in Sacramento, it isn’t just where Angela works, it’s home, and it has been her entire life. Her achievements speak for themselves. Angela is the recipient of the prestigious International President’s Elite Award, placing her among the top agents nationally and internationally, and has been recognized as the #1 Agent in Coldwell Banker Sacramento County in both 2018 and 2022. These honors reflect what her clients already know, that Angela shows up every day with the same drive, diligence, and commitment to excellence that has defined her career from day one.  Her approach goes far beyond transactions. She is deeply invested in helping clients navigate important life decisions with confidence and ease, minimizing stress while maximizing outcomes. Every phone call is returned, every detail is managed, and every client is treated with the same care she would give her own family.  Rooted in her Greek Orthodox faith and heritage, Angela’s values of hard work, integrity, and genuine hospitality carry directly into everything she does. A devoted wife, mother of two adult children, and proud grandmother of four, she is as invested in her community as she is in her clients. Actively giving back through volunteer work, including her involvement with Saint John’s Program for Real Change.
When she’s not working tirelessly for her clients, you’ll find Angela on the golf course, hiking, playing with her grandkids, or enjoying the American River she has called home her whole life.
If you’re looking for an agent who knows Sacramento like a neighbor, cares like family, and performs like a champion, let’s talk.
