Meet Cheryl

License established 1991. After buying and selling several homes in the Sacramento area with the help of a dear friend and Realtor®, I renewed my Real Estate License and went to work. I attended UC Davis and SDSU where I received a B.S. in Human Development. When I entered my new career as an agent I left behind a very fulfilling career as a teacher with San Juan Unified School District. My background in teaching has taught me to be a team player. I now have over a decade of sales experience and pride myself on having razor sharp negotiating skills, and ability to consistently produce positive results. I bring a creative marketing background, organizational skills and incredible attention to detail to round out the perfect real estate professional. I have remained successful and have established a strong reputation in the luxury space. I continue to grow as an agent, gaining experience to better serve you.
