Meet Kathryn

Kathryn O'Connell

Graphic Designer

A native of Sacramento, Kathryn’s creativity and dedication to the city where she was born and raised has been a pillar of the Tim Collom Realty Group. After graduating from St. Mary’s College of California with a Bachelor of Arts in fine art, she began her career in publication design in the East Bay. Upon returning to Sacramento, she worked as a freelance graphic designer, received her California teaching credential, and even owned and operated a children’s clothing store in East Sacramento for eight years.

Kathryn began working for Tim in 2016 and quickly became a leader in the team’s brand identity and marketing. In addition to print marketing for House Real Estate and the Tim Collom Group, website design and maintenance, and social media content, she is also an integral part of the brand collaboration for Tim Collom Art and Lululemon. In addition, Kathryn helps with product development, apparel coordination, creating unique client-appreciation gifts, and organizing events to help maintain client relationships.
