Gaining her first real estate experience when she was 16 years old, Katie Simpson feels a sense of purpose to help people through their biggest life decisions. She makes sure that each home transaction is an enriching and meaningful experience for her clients.
Throughout high school and college, Katie served as a part-time assistant and transaction coordinator for her mother, who was a broker in her native Napa. After graduating from California State University, Sacramento, with a B.A. in business marketing, she returned to her real estate roots with confidence in her industry knowledge and business background.
Starting her real estate career in 2011, she hit the ground running to build a solid business plan that continues to serve her clients well today. Katie’s clients come from all walks of life, but she mainly works with first-time buyers, investors, and sellers looking to upsize. A strong believer in hard work and honesty, she credits the trust her clients place in her to her straightforward and ethical manner.
Katie loves spending her free time traveling with her son, showing him new places. She is also an avid runner.
