Born and raised in Sacramento, Kendra has an unmatched understanding of Sacramento’s most unique neighborhoods. She is insanely detail-oriented, which means she leaves no stone (or floorboard) unturned for her clients. A previous longtime resident of Midtown—and an active supporter of its development, she now lives in East Sacramento with her two daughters and Frenchie Roscoe. She loves reading, skiing, cycling, working out at a few of our great local gyms, crafting, and cooking with her kids. When Kendra isn't busy selling real estate or transporting her girls to their different sports, she enjoys trying new restaurants, going to see live music, and escaping to San Francisco for the weekend.
Her definition of home: “I feel that the neighborhood and home in which you live is a reflection of your personality and your stage of life. Your home is your happy place. For me, especially with two little ones, home means family.”
Her favorite place to celebrate a special occasion: “Kru, The Kitchen, or Josephine.”
Her Sacramento roots: “I was the third generation in my family to attend St. Francis High School. I have a big family, and most of us live within two miles of each other. I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home.
