Meet Kennedy

Kennedy Pate believes a home should be a memorable place — and so should the process of buying one. With her professional and personal ties to the community and her innovative approach to the industry, Kennedy knows how to transform her clients’ real estate transactions into something that feels almost as special as telling them, “You’ve got the house.”

 

Before embarking on real estate, Kennedy enjoyed professional careers in fitness, sales, and marketing. Real estate seemed a natural transition for her, as her mother and grandmother have worked in the industry for years. Kennedy has fond childhood memories of driving around neighborhoods with her mother, setting up lockboxes and open house signs, and meeting new homeowners to deliver their house keys. She’s always been a homebody, and it’s made her want to help others find their forever home. From employee to entrepreneur, Kennedy has always been a dedicated worker and initiates consistency with her clear communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, creative mindset, and collaborative nature.

 

Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Kennedy graduated from Sacramento State with a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a concentration in public relations. There’s no doubt Kennedy loves her career, and she agrees with Marc Anthony that, “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.”
